This class strives to improve timing, motor planning skills, balance, and coordination in a fun environment and is open to special education students who love movement, dance, and music. It offers specific stretching and strengthening exercises, general movement patterns, Brain Dance and progress to beginner ballet, jazz and hip hop moves. The class instructors are experienced in dance instruction and physical therapy.
